Risk associated with the Goods shall pass to Buyer on delivery, upon any collection of the Goods by the Buyer, or with the passing of title in the Goods, whichever occurs first; provided however, that where delivery is delayed due to circumstances caused by or within the responsibility of Buyer, risk of loss shall pass to Buyer upon Seller\u2019s notification that Goods are ready for dispatch. Unless otherwise specified in writing on the face of hereof, all charges, expenses or taxes associated with the delivery shall be paid by Buyer.<\/span><\/li>\n

    Tools made to print, non-catalog or modified tools are sold on a no-cancellation basis and are not returnable. For quantities over 10 pcs a 10% over or under shipment on a special is considered acceptable. For quantities under 10 pieces the over or under shipment will be 1 piece. Any variations to this policy must be stated at time of quote.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Purchaser must obtain a Return of Goods Authorization Number (RGA), before acceptance of any return. Precision Cutting Tools, LLC. will accept returns of current catalog items, if they are unused, in their original packaging and within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept returns of specials (made-to-order), re-sharpened, modified tools or discontinued items. All returns must be prepaid and accompanied by an invoice or original packing slip. Customer is responsible for return\/exchange shipping charges. All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.<\/span><\/p>\n
